A Secret

Laura and Emily were the best of friends. They always shared their top secrets. One fine day Laura was watching television. She was watching her favorite show. She was keen to watch the rest of the part. The story was about a girl who went for a trip to the sea and then found herself in an unknown undiscovered island. She was searching for food and instead of that, she found a mysterious treasure. She discovered many gold coins, precious gems, and diamonds too. She soon became a rich girl. Well after watching the show Laura was very excited and she too wanted to discover a treasure. 

She quickly went to Emily’s house. It was not too far. She told her about this and Emily was also interested in finding a treasure. Emily dragged her to the corridors. She took her into a small room. It was a storeroom. Laura gazed at Emily in astonishment. Emily went to a corner and grabbed a map. She told Laura that it was a top secret. When her mother was cleaning the storeroom at that time she found an old paper lying down. She picked it and stared at it for a moment and then recognized it. It was a map of her garden. Emily told Laura that this map can lead us to the treasure. 

They both quickly rushed to their garden and looked into the map. The map said that the treasure was buried under a big tree. Beside it, there should be a big black rock. They quickly started searching for a big tree and big black rock beside it. They soon found them. There were big tree and a huge black rock beside it. They took a spade and started digging it. And guess what they found a small box. It was like a small treasure. Laura and Emily were very excited to open it.

They opened it and they found a small letter and a photo. They had loosed all their excitement they thought they will find lots of gold coins, gems, and diamonds. But everything went in vain. The letter was written about their great…great…great grandpa and a photo of him. Emily’s mother came and asked what had happened. After knowing the matter she laughed loudly and said you will never find a treasure full gold coins and other precious things in our house.

Who was that? I was in my school working on my new project with my friends. We were just deciding how to work on our presentation. Well, I was the head of my group and the other groups were busy with their own project. We were making a working model of rainwater harvesting. And the other groups on saving the mother earth, water cycle, and other electricity stuff. I was just going to paint my model and at the particular moment, a very noisy sound came.
